8002f1f9 is error with the BT/WiFi board, make sure the ribbon cable is connected. Or possibly replace. My PS3 was working perfectly fine before so I doubt it's the PSU.

Come to think of it. Multiman wasn't able to connect online before I tried the firmware update, maybe something is wrong with my WiFi/Bluetooth card.
